Our cleaning company has nearly 30 years of experience and we are currently seeking a qualified Account Manager located at our Forth Worth, Texas plant. (Aerospace)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Act as a liaison between the client and TEAM

2. Analyzing accounting and financial data

3. Attend Corporate Safety Audits minimum twice per year

4. Communicate best practice and benchmark opportunities to all staff and Senior Managers to ensure cross-functional learning

5. Communicate goals and targets to your team

6. Creating and managing budgets

7. Developing and implementing growth strategies

8. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

9. Ensure sites utilize KPI boards

10. Evaluating performance and productivity

11. Explaining site costs

12. Generating reports and giving presentations

13. Hiring employees

14. Improving revenue

15. Making client aware of other services and actions that may lead to greater success

16. Provide progress reports

17. Researching and identifying growth opportunities

18. Review and mentor of shutdown plans

19. Review of WIS documents capture all aspects of SOW

20. Review trends, changes YOY

21. Spot audits on WIS and JSRA

22. Training low-level managers and staff

23. Utilize trip agenda/reports, post on BOSS platform

24. Validate DuPont Training
