Strategic PGC Stouffville asset acquisition expands fleet capacity, geographic reach, and specialized infrastructure service capabilities across the Greater Toronto Area.
A&J Vacworx, a division of TEAM Group, has acquired select operating assets of PGC Services in Stouffville, Ontario, further expanding TEAM Group’s growing Industrial Services platform and specialized field service capacity across the Greater Toronto Area.
The transaction builds on TEAM Group’s April 2026 acquisition of A&J Vacworx and represents the next stage in expanding the division’s equipment capacity, geographic coverage, and ability to support critical infrastructure and industrial customers.
The acquisition of select PGC Stouffville operating assets further supports this growth by adding specialized equipment and resources to A&J Vacworx’s existing operations.
Integrating these assets into A&J’s existing operations provides additional fleet capacity while leveraging the division’s established infrastructure, experienced workforce, dewatering capabilities, and Mount Albert operating facility.
For TEAM Group, the investment supports a broader strategy focused on building scalable, self-performing capabilities across industrial, facility, environmental, and infrastructure services. The combination of specialized field equipment and expertise with TEAM’s existing North American service platform creates additional opportunities to support customers through a more integrated service model.
The acquisition also demonstrates TEAM Group’s continued investment in strategic growth following the addition of A&J Vacworx to its Industrial Services Division earlier this year.
