Safety Champion Program Policy

At TEAM GROUP, safety isn’t just a requirement—it’s the foundation of who we are and how we operate. The Safety Champion Program recognizes employees who go beyond compliance, actively fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and well-being. These champions lead by example, ensuring everyone goes home safe, every day.

This program highlights individuals who consistently demonstrate:

• Active promotion of FELT Leadership values.
• Full compliance with all safety requirements and PPE protocols.
• Proactive reporting of hazards and contribution to effective solutions.
• Continuous efforts to create a safer, more collaborative work environment.

How Do You Nominate A Safety Champion?

1. Scan the QR code below for your country/region.
2. Complete the nomination form and describe how your nominee goes above and beyond.
3. Attach supporting documentation that showcases their safety contributions. You may provide any supporting documentation that shows the commitment your site TEAM Champion has to safety to your TEAM Manager to forward for consideration in the review process.

You can nominate peers, supervisors, or managers each month or quarter. All nominations must be submitted by the 25th of each month to qualify for the review process.

Recognition & Rewards

Each monthly or quarterly winner will receive:

• A TEAM pin, lanyard, and new safety badge.
• A certificate of recognition and company-wide acknowledgment.

All monthly winners will be entered into an annual grand prize drawing to win:

• Guusto TEAM Gift card to participating merchants (E.g. Amazon, Walmart, Olive Garden, Nike, Bass Pro, Texas Roadhouse, and more)
• Additional time off
• TEAM-branded merchandise and other exciting rewards
