The TEAM Safety Badge is a physical, double-sided badge carried by employees working in plant, field and customer-facing operational environments. It combines employee identification, QR-coded training visibility and practical safety reflections into one visible tool that supports job readiness at the point of work.
The badge is simple by design and practical by purpose. It brings the most important safety questions to the surface before the job starts, when conditions change and when routine work could create unseen risk.
How The Badge Works
The badge is reviewed with employees during onboarding, badge issue or safety acknowledgement. The employee reviews the key safety points with a supervisor, confirms understanding, acknowledges the expectations connected to the badge and completes the required sign-off process, supporting WIS record control.
The QR code can be scanned from a smart device to support access to the employee’s completed training record, safety credentials, work qualifications and training and development status, subject to TEAM’s internal controls and site requirements.
