TEAM MODERN ANTI-SLAVERY
TEAM Group believes that modern slavery is a crime and a human rights violation and support the aims of the Act constituting business affairs.
Our employees are critical to our success, and we are committed to operate free from forced labor, slavery and human trafficking. We do not tolerate forced labor, slavery or human trafficking in any form, in any part of our business or supply chain. Our TEAM Code of Business Conduct reflects our adherence to ethical standards and commitment. We reinforce the requirements of our Code of Business Conduct through our internal policies and procedures to ensure that our employees and supply chain partners are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner for everyone.
We embrace our Whistleblower policy that lets all employees know that they can raise concerns about how colleagues or people receiving our services are being treated, or about practices within our business or supply chain, without fear of reprisals.
We are committed to providing our employees with equal opportunities, and to ensuing our workplaces are free from harassment and discrimination. We have also implemented policies and procedures to ensure all reasonable health and safety measures are implemented, and to protect our employees while they are at work.
Although, as a service provider, TEAM does not operate a vast supply chain, TEAM maintains a zero-tolerance policy against the use of child and forced labor. We also ensure that all labor, employment and human rights laws are respected in the jurisdictions where we operate.
TEAM will continue to review, reassess, and further develop its modern anti-slavery and human trafficking policy, not only to ensure compliance with the law but also to ensure that we fulfill our core values. TEAM remains committed to ongoing education and awareness, and regularly reviews its business practices to ensure its commitment to modern anti-slavery and human trafficking is maintained across the board.
