Founded in 1982 – our headquarters are located in Taylor, Michigan. TEAM Group is a private company offering industrial cleaning, facility maintenance, and shutdown services to thousands of clients throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.
We partner with major Fortune 500 OEM and Tier 1 corporations within the automotive, aerospace, and heavy equipment manufacturing industries to develop a complete facility cleaning program. Clint Griffin has been the face, Chairman and CEO of the TEAM Group organization for the past 20 years. His entrepreneurial drive and vision helped the company to grow quickly within the North American automotive OEM and industrial cleaning sectors, as well as the European and Asian global operating locations. Griffin has been a member of TEC (The Executive Committee), a professional development organization for CEOs, for over 20 years. Clint Griffin is the Honorary Chair for the Cystic Fibrosis York Region Chapter, and TEAM Group has been the Presenting Sponsor for 12 years. The Chapter has raised over 3 million towards finding a cure.

JOHN SOULLIERE, PRESIDENT

John Soulliere is the President of TEAM Group. He has over 35 years’ experience in industrial cleaning services leadership and management within the automotive OEM and related sectors. Soulliere played an integral role in setting up operating locations in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia. He was also instrumental in helping develop the TEAM Group web-based operating platform, which has allowed TEAM Group to operate in over 50 locations globally today. His creative input towards a company-wide Safety Badge Program was then successfully debuted at the 2016 Safety Summit. Since then, the program has become an awarded staple of the company’s symbolic commitment to safety; It’s incorporated into all TEAM Group job sites and corporate locations. Soulliere graduated with a BA in Economics from York University in 1986 in Toronto, Canada.

Greg is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with many years of manufacturing experience in North America, as well as Asia. He worked over 30 years with a major F500 automotive manufacturer and has extensive experience in engineering, production supervision and management, quality and technical management. In addition to over 15 years of paint experience during this time, and serving on the Board of Directors for the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, Association for Finishing Processes, during this term he also co-authored a book on paint system design, and wrote several articles on paint finishing. From manufacturing to further involvement in the construction industry, Greg is results oriented and is always excited by change.

He has been a member of TEC for 10 years. Suresh has created and managed the systems that provide the executive team and front line employees the reporting needed to make vital business decisions. Murray Workman is the Vice President of Health and Safety at TEAM Group with 37 years of experience in the industrial services field. As a previous owner at one of the current TEAM Group locations, he knows the dedication it takes to succeed in the service industry. Murray is using his expertise to focus on TEAM Group’s continuing commitment to safety. He believes that TEAM Group should value the safety of our employees as if they were family members. As a Technical Scuba Diver for over 30 years and a Private Pilot for over 20 years, he knows that when it comes to safety, there is little room for error and often no second chance. “We will not perform any work unless we can do it safely, no matter what,” he said.
