Clint Griffin, Chairman & CEO

Clint Griffin has been the face, Chairman and CEO of the TEAM Group organization for the past 20 years. His entrepreneurial drive and vision helped the company to grow quickly within the North American automotive OEM and industrial cleaning sectors, as well as the European and Asian global operating locations. Griffin has been a member of TEC (The Executive Committee), a professional development organization for CEOs, for over 20 years. Clint Griffin is the Honorary Chair for the Cystic Fibrosis York Region Chapter, and TEAM Group has been the Presenting Sponsor for 12 years. The Chapter has raised over 3 million towards finding a cure.


John Soulliere, President

John Soulliere is the President of TEAM Group. He has over 35 years’ experience in industrial cleaning services leadership and management within the automotive OEM and related sectors. Soulliere played an integral role in setting up operating locations in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia. He was also instrumental in helping develop the TEAM Group web-based operating platform, which has allowed TEAM Group to operate in over 50 locations globally today. His creative input towards a company-wide Safety Badge Program was then successfully debuted at the 2016 Safety Summit. Since then, the program has become an awarded staple of the company’s symbolic commitment to safety; It’s incorporated into all TEAM Group job sites and corporate locations. Soulliere graduated with a BA in Economics from York University in 1986 in Toronto, Canada.


Sean Watts, VP of Global Operations

Sean Watts is the Vice President of Operations for the TEAM Group of Companies. Sean has 25 years of management experience in the industrial, automotive and healthcare sectors. He also has led the successful delivery of large manufacturing, innovation and change management projects in Europe, Asia and Africa. Watts participated in the Strategic Technology and Innovation Management Consortium, a practice-oriented research and networking collaboration between industrial member companies and the Centre for Technology Management at Cambridge University from 2013-2015. Sean graduated with a degree in Law (B. Luris) in 1989 from the University of Port Elizabeth in South Africa.


Greg Taylor, VP of Robinson Solutions

Greg Taylor is the Vice President of Robinson Solutions, acquired in 2019 as a division of the TEAM Group. Greg is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with many years of manufacturing experience in North America, as well as Asia. He worked over 30 years with a major F500 automotive manufacturer and has extensive experience in engineering, production supervision and management, quality and technical management. In addition to over 15 years of paint experience during this time, and serving on the Board of Directors for the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, Association for Finishing Processes, during this term he also co-authored a book on paint system design, and wrote several articles on paint finishing. From manufacturing to further involvement in the construction industry, Greg is results oriented and is always excited by change.



Blair Fialka is the Vice President of Operations for TEAM Group North America. Blair has over 30 years’ experience in the automotive industry starting in the paint and plastics sector of the business after finishing Sault College at Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. From Automation, paint system balancing, production maintenance, and management of Trades and Technicians, his experience and expertise furthered into plastics, assembly, facility management, and eventually to the service side of the business for the OEM’s. He has written several articles on paint finishing systems, production planning and optimization. Blair was the previous co-owner of one of the current TEAM Group of Companies acquired in 2005. He has been instrumental in all facets of the business managing several different operational groups, along with supporting the company’s global growth while fostering a culture, led by safety.



Suresh Dhanjani is the Vice President of Finance at TEAM Group. He is a Chartered Professional Account (CPA) who has developed his financial acumen over 30 years in the automotive industry, and plays an integral role in the Group of Companies by offering key insights on possible opportunities to leverage growth through strategic acquisition. He has been a member of TEC for 10 years. Suresh has created and managed the systems that provide the executive team and front line employees the reporting needed to make vital business decisions. At pivotal moments throughout the life of the company, he has been instrumental in fostering an environment that is flexible, responsive to the needs of the team.
